About The Role This role will be responsible for Account Management, Revenue growth and business development Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Management - Develop and execute account strategies for top-tier clients across commercial, industrial, and residential segments. - Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers. Revenue Growth & Business Development - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts. - Drive annual sales targets and profitability goals through customized solutions. Customer Engagement & Retention - Serve as the single point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. - Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with clients. - Work closely with product, engineering, service, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions. Market Intelligence & Reporting - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy. - Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and executive reports to leadership.
