We're Hiring: National Sales Manager – Derma Product Range (Face Fillers)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our dermatology product portfolio, with a specific focus on face injectable fillers and advanced aesthetic solutions.
Position Overview
Join our dynamic team and take charge of driving sales excellence across the dermatology and aesthetic medicine segment. This is a strategic leadership role for a professional with deep expertise in the injectable fillers market.
About the Role
Position: National Account Specialist - Sales – Derma Product Range (Injectable Fillers)
Location: Pan-India
Reporting to: Sales Head
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the national sales team across all regions to achieve aggressive revenue targets for the derma range
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market penetration in the face injectable fillers segment
Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including dermatologists, aesthetic clinicians, hospital chains, and distribution networks
Drive product adoption through effective channel management, training, and support
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the aesthetic medicine space
Conduct regular field visits, market analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior management
Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and ensure accountability across the sales organization
Mentor and develop high-performing sales teams to create a culture of excellence
Required Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
10+ years of proven sales experience in the aesthetic medicine industry
5+ years in direct experience with face injectable fillers (hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxylapatite, poly-L-lactic acid, etc.)
Demonstrated expertise in selling to dermatologists and aesthetic medicine practitioners
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
Experience in managing national sales teams and P&L responsibility
Strong knowledge of dermatology therapy trends, molecules, and clinical applications
Excellent understanding of the injectable aesthetics market dynamics and healthcare landscape
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with aesthetic/cosmetic dermatology brands
MBA or advanced business degree
Knowledge of omnichannel marketing strategies in pharma/aesthetic space
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
