The National Sales Manager will oversee business planning, lead account management efforts, drive sales growth, manage budgets, and lead a team of professionals. The role involves developing strategies, building client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Qualifications - Proven expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision-making - Strong skills in Account Management and building long-term client relationships - Extensive experience in Sales and achieving revenue growth - Effective Team Management abilities to lead and mentor a sales team - Proficiency in Budgeting and managing financial plans - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
