Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a National Sales Manager based in Delhi, India. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and effective sales operations. Responsibilities include managing and building client accounts, creating sales strategies, overseeing and developing a high-performing sales team, and managing budgets to ensure profitability. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional client service. Qualifications - Proven skills in Business Planning and Strategic Decision-Making to identify growth opportunities and drive success. - Experience in Account Management and client relationship building to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Strong proficiency in Sales, including creating and implementing sales strategies, achieving targets, and driving revenue growth. - Ability to lead and inspire a team with effective Team Management and communication skills. - Competence in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure efficient allocation of resources and target achievement. - Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and teamwork skills with a focus on results-oriented performance. - Previous experience in the education consultancy or study-abroad sector is a significant advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced qualifications are preferred.
