The role focuses on expanding the dermatology product portfolio, ensuring consistent performance, and maintaining strong relationships with key doctors, distributors, and channel partners.  Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute National sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Lead, mentor, and manage the field sales team including Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Medical Representatives. * Manage franchise operations to ensure alignment with company objectives, sales targets * Identify and develop new markets, key dermatologists, cosmetologists, and institutions to expand business reach. * Drive brand visibility and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies in coordination with the marketing team. * Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights to management. * Plan and conduct regular business reviews with the field team and ensure achievement of KPIs. * Ensure effective new product launches and implementation of promotional campaigns. * Manage distribution network and ensure smooth supply chain and stock management at regional levels. * Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical marketing practices, and industry regulations.Key Skills & Competencies: * Strong leadership, communication and team management skills. * Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. * Sound understanding of the dermatology / cosmetology segment. * Relationship management with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the dermatology field. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business expansion.Qualification & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Science / Pharmacy / related field (MBA preferred). * Minimum 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 5 years in the Derma / Aesthetic segment and 5+ years in a managerial role. * Strong network and experience in handling national-level sales operations.CTC: As per Company Norms/ NegotiableHow to Apply: · Send your resume and a cover letter detailing relevant experience to: tanvi.s@renewcell.co.in
