Yuderma Global Pvt ltdNational Sales Manager – Full-Time, On-field Working Days: Mon - Sat Department: MarketingCompany Overview Yuderma Global Pvt ltd is a leading company in the Derma Cosmetic care industry, committed to delivering high-end innovative skincare and haircare solutions.Job Summary: The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing strategic business plans, and managing a nationwide team of Regional and Area Sales Managers. The role focuses on expanding the dermatology product portfolio, ensuring consistent performance, and maintaining strong relationships with key doctors, distributors, and channel partners. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute National sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Lead, mentor, and manage the field sales team including Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Medical Representatives. * Manage franchise operations to ensure alignment with company objectives, sales targets * Identify and develop new markets, key dermatologists, cosmetologists, and institutions to expand business reach. * Drive brand visibility and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies in coordination with the marketing team. * Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights to management. * Plan and conduct regular business reviews with the field team and ensure achievement of KPIs. * Ensure effective new product launches and implementation of promotional campaigns. * Manage distribution network and ensure smooth supply chain and stock management at regional levels. * Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical marketing practices, and industry regulations.Key Skills & Competencies: * Strong leadership, communication and team management skills. * Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. * Sound understanding of the dermatology / cosmetology segment. * Relationship management with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the dermatology field. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business expansion.Qualification & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Science / Pharmacy / related field (MBA preferred). * Minimum 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 5 years in the Derma / Aesthetic segment and 5+ years in a managerial role. * Strong network and experience in handling national-level sales operations.CTC: As per Company Norms/ NegotiableHow to Apply: · Send your resume and a cover letter detailing relevant experience to: tanvi.s@renewcell.co.in
