Role Description:- This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Manager, located in Delhi.- The National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and executing business plans, managing accounts, setting and managing budgets, and ensuring overall team performance.- The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities for growth, and achieving sales targets.- Building sales team and developing a healthy business atmosphere.- The role also involve traveling to the different states to work with team members and development of distributors. Qualifications:- Skills in Business Planning, Sales, and Account Management.- Experience in Team Management and Budgeting.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Experience in the nutrition or wellness industry is a plus.- The Candidate must be ready to travel PAN India / Half India.
