At Denzour Nutrition, one of Indias fastest-growing sports nutrition brands, were looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take our paid campaigns to the next level and drive measurable growth. If youre passionate about Google Ads, Meta Ads management, data-driven strategies, and scaling ROI, this role is for you.Key Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube Ads to maximize ROI.- Develop growth-focused strategies that deliver brand growth of 100%+ YoY, higher revenue, and improved customer acquisition.- Reduce ACoC while ensuring ROI improves 4x through continuous testing and optimization.- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve conversion rates across all campaigns.- Launch and scale ads for new product categories and product segments with targeted strategies.- Continuously analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and share actionable insights for business decisions.- Collaborate with creative/content teams to design high-performing ad assets.- Stay updated on platform algorithms, policies, and industry trends to keep campaigns compliant and 5-7 years of proven experience in performance marketing.- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads management, and YouTube Ads (certifications preferred).- Proven success in driving measurable sales growth, reducing acquisition costs, and optimizing campaigns for higher ROI and conversions.- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and tracking tools.- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, nutrition, or fitness industry will be a strong plus.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work with one of Indias fastest-growing sports nutrition brands.- A dynamic, growth-oriented work environment.- Competitive salary.- A chance to make a real business impact by scaling ROI and driving Jasola / 5-7 years.
