About the Role
We are actively looking for an experienced and performance-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for marketing professionals with a strong background in B2B SaaS, digital-first tech environments, or growth-stage startups.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead initiatives focused on pipeline generation, performance marketing, and full-funnel customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is data-driven, ROI-focused, and fluent in digital marketing tools and strategy.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 36 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in demand generation or performance marketing roles
- Industry Exposure: B2B SaaS companies, tech startups, or digital agencies (brand/creative-only agency backgrounds are not a fit)
Tools & Platforms:
- HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Facebook Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio
- Marketo, Mailchimp (or equivalent platforms)Core Skills:
Email marketing
- A/B testing and landing page optimisation
- Conversion copywriting
- Funnel optimisation and GTM strategy
Results-Driven Mindset:
- Proven ability to generate MQLs/SQLs
- Experience in building measurable pipelines
- Metrics like CPL, CAC, lead conversion, etc.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot
What Were Not Looking For:
- Candidates with only brand marketing or content marketing experience
- Profiles without measurable outcomes or marketing ROI indicators
