What Youll Do

- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns using automation tools
- Execute cold email sequences using AI-powered platforms
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels
- Assist in crafting B2B outbound marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and solve real business challenges
- Rapidly adapt to new tools and figure things out independently

Who You Are

- A critical thinker and self-learner, you find solutions, not excuses
- Comfortable with or eager to learn AI marketing tools
- Curious, proactive, and able to navigate ambiguity
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prefer experimenting and iterating over waiting for instructions
