Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Key Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of high-value clients. In this role, you will be responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growthensuring that business goals are met through well-executed digital marketing strategies. You will act as the central liaison between clients and internal teams, guiding strategy, performance, and delivery across channels.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing challenges
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring consistent communication and service excellence
- Lead strategic planning sessions, performance reviews, and quarterly business meetings with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (Media Buying, SEO, Content, Creative, and Tech) to create and deliver tailored digital marketing strategies
- Oversee the execution and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, content, branding, and more
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services aligned with client goals
- Address client concerns, resolve escalations, and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor account performance and campaign KPIs, ensuring client objectives are met or exceeded
- Provide regular performance reports, strategic insights, and recommendations to clients
- Support and mentor Account Managers handling sub-accounts or assisting within key accounts, when applicable
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency
- Demonstrated experience managing high-value or strategic accounts across multiple service verticals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable digital marketing plans
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including performance marketing, SEO, content, branding, and analytics
- Skilled at stakeholder management, project coordination, and managing competing priorities under pressure
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Familiarity with key tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)

- A background in handling both B2B and B2C client portfolios
- Experience leading cross-functional internal teams
