We are setting up our new office in Bangalore and are looking for ambitious professionals to join our high-performance sales team. Role Overview We are hiringAppointment Generation Executives / Lead Generation Specialistswith proven experience inUSA calling and international lead generation. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, confident on calls, and capable of booking qualified appointments with senior executives (CXOs). Key Responsibilities - Makeoutbound calls to prospects in the USA market(IT services, SaaS, consulting firms). - Build and nurture prospect lists throughcold calls, email follow-ups, and LinkedIn outreach. - Understand client pain points and position MillionCXO's solutions effectively. - Secure appointments/meetings with senior decision-makers(Directors, VPs, CXOs). - Update lead details, call notes, and appointment status accurately in CRM tools. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads. - Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly appointment targets. Required Skills & Qualifications - 13 yearsof experience inB2B lead generation / appointment setting / inside sales. - Mandatory:Prior experience incalling the USA market / international process. - Excellent English communication skills(spoken and written) with neutral or US accent. - Strong objection handling, negotiation, and rapport-building skills. - Familiarity withLinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar CRMsis a plus. - Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure. - Comfortable working innight shifts aligned to US timings.
