Job Description Position: Lead Generation Specialist- IT Service Based Required Experience: 2+ Years Location: Indore Note: We are looking for candidates based in Indore only. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a background in IT sales and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end lead generation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, and spearheading new business opportunities in the US and UK markets. Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various lead generation techniques, including market research, networking, and prospecting. 2) Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the US and UK, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 3) Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base. 4) Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure performance goals are met. 5) Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, lead generation metrics, and market insights to senior management. Qualifications: 1) Minimum of 2 Years of experience in IT sales and services, with a proven track record in lead generation and sales. 2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members in the US and UK. 3) Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales objectives. 4) Experience in managing and developing relationships with clients from the US and UK markets. 5) Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 6) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
