Job Description Key Responsibilities - Generate leads and acquire new customers for Two Wheeler Loans and Personal Loans through cold calling, telecalling. - Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly to customers. - Assist customers with documentation, KYC, and loan application process. - Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement. - Maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSA partners, and existing customers to generate repeat business. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications in CRM. Eligibility Criteria - Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. - Experience: 03 years in Sales, preferably in NBFC, Banking, or Finance (Two Wheeler / Personal Loan sector). - Skills: - Good communication and convincing skills. - Basic understanding of loan products and credit evaluation. - Self-motivated and target-oriented. - Languages: English, Kannada ,Hindi or any two South languages Perks Benefits - Salary up to 5LPA incentive structure based on performance. - Opportunity for career growth in financial services. - Training and support from experienced team leaders.
