Company Description Eurofins Scientific through its subsidiaries is a world leader in food environment pharmaceutical and cosmetic product testing discovery pharmacology forensics advanced material sciences and in agroscience Contract Research services It is also one of the global independent market leaders in genomics and in the support of clinical studies as well as in BioPharma Contract Development and Manufacturing In addition Eurofins is one of the key emerging players in specialty esoteric and molecular clinical diagnostic testing in Europe and the USA With ca 62 000 staff across a network of over 1 000 independent companies in 62 countries and operating over 900 laboratories Eurofins offers a portfolio of over 200 000 analytical methods for evaluating the safety identity composition authenticity origin and purity of biological substances and products as well as for innovative clinical diagnostics The objective of Eurofins companies is to provide their customers with high-quality services accurate results on time and expert advice by their highly qualified staff Market Segment Food Diagnostics Analytical Kits sales to Food testing labs Job Summary An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads building relationships with potential and existing customers and closing sales to drive revenue growth This role involves communicating with customers via phone email and virtual meetings to understand their needs and persuade them to purchase the company s products or services Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling emailing and following up on inbound inquiries Customer Relationship Management Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service Product Knowledge Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers Sales Process Management Create and manage a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process Order Processing Process customers purchase orders and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery Market Research Conduct research on market trends and competitors products to stay informed and competitive Reporting Provide regular reports and analysis to management about sales outcomes and opportunities Qualifications Education A bachelor s degree in Bio Sciences and diploma in marketing or a related field is preferred Experience Proven sales experience preferably in a similar role Good to have experience in life sciences products Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills Technical Proficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management CRM software Desired Attributes Persuasiveness Ability to persuade and influence customers to make a purchase Commitment Dedicated to achieving sales goals and targets Adaptability Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
