Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and area sales managers Identify new business opportunities and key market segments for growth Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts and channel partners Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking to optimize positioning Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns and feedback Ensure timely reporting and CRM updates by the sales team
