Specializing in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) work for solar plants, we also offer solar consultancy and trading services. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Anklesvar, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enlarging the customer base by scouting and cultivating relationships with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, leading and mentoring the sales team, and analyzing market trends. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for preparing and presenting sales reports and ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating seamless communication and quality service. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of industrial solar projects in the Ahmedabad region and surrounding markets. - Generate new leads, develop client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful projects. - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Build and manage a pipeline of prospective industrial clients (factories, plants, warehouses, etc.). - Negotiate and close contracts with industrial clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. - Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams to deliver seamless customer experience. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. - Provide sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regular updates to management. - Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and exhibitions. Key Requirements: - Mandatory experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial solar project sales. - Strong knowledge of solar project lifecycle, industrial client requirements, and relevant government policies. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the solar industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. - Strong leadership qualities to build and mentor a growing sales team.
