The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks will include meeting new and existing clients ,telecalling ,strategising and working to improve MICE buisness ,preparing sales reports and conducting market research to stay updated with industry trends.The sales and marketing manager will be directly reporting daily to the management. Qualifications - Experience in sales strategy development and client relationship management - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and identifying new business opportunities - Ability to prepare sales reports and conduct market research - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
