Job Description Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. - Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. - Lead and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. - Analyze sales data to suggest improvements and optimize sales performance. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations to senior management. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or leadership role. - Strong knowledge and understanding of market dynamics and sales processes. - Demonstrated ability to drive sales strategies and achieve sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Willingness to work onsite at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new leads and prospects to expand the customer base. - Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships. - Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance visibility and generate interest in the company's products and services. - Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing coaching and development as required. - Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms are in line with the company's objectives. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing post-sale support.
