Job Summary:
The ASM-FSD will be responsible for managing an allotted area, driving both primary and secondary sales through distributors, acquiring new Food Service (FS) accounts, and expanding revenue. The role involves client representation, relationship management, distributor coordination, and team guidance to ensure business growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and ensure primary/secondary sales from distributors in the assigned area.
- Identify incremental business opportunities by acquiring new FS accounts and increasing company revenue.
- Represent clients and communicate with key customers during the implementation phase until handover to distributors or Depot/BDE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to leverage business opportunities locally.
- Acquire new clients within the geographical scope.
- Monitor and achieve KPIs aligned with market conditions.
- Understand and manage the dynamics of primary and secondary sales, streamline FS exclusive distributor appointments, and synchronize activities with BDEs.
- Strengthen relationships with existing FS distributors, key customers, and large government institutions by providing timely service and product solutions.
- Provide pricing to distributors, manage bookings, and send proposals to key customers.
- Guide and support BDEs in their daily operational activities.
- Conduct weekly meetings to monitor sales progress (primary, secondary), new customer acquisition, and customer engagement.
- Manage distributor inventory and conduct product sampling with prospective customers.
- Maintain daily calling schedules: 3 new calls, 4 follow-ups, and 3 courtesy calls.
- Manage customer data efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA in Marketing with 8+ years of experience, or
- Graduation with 5+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, HoReCa, or Food Service business.
