Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise sales, expand our franchise network, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Drive franchise sales to achieve set targets and revenue goals. - Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchise network. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners. - Ensure franchise partners comply with company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements. - Monitor performance of franchise partners and provide guidance for improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to support franchise operations and sales initiatives. Required Candidate Profile: - Proven retail sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
