Job Summary:

The Franchise Manager is responsible for developing and managing the company's franchise network. This includes identifying potential franchise partners, onboarding them, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and driving franchise sales performance. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and relationship management skills to ensure sustainable franchise growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Development & Expansion

  • Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners in targeted regions.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new franchise locations.
  • Develop and execute expansion strategies to grow the franchise network.
  • Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process — from inquiry to agreement signing.

2. Franchise Operations Management

  • Ensure franchisees adhere to company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of franchise outlets.
  • Support franchisees in business planning, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
  • Address operational challenges and ensure smooth coordination between franchisees and head office teams.

3. Training & Support

  • Organize onboarding and periodic training programs for new and existing franchise partners.
  • Provide continuous operational, sales, and marketing support to improve franchise performance.

4. Financial Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor franchise sales, profitability, and ROI.
  • Ensure timely collection of franchise fees, royalties, and other financial obligations.
  • Prepare and present regular franchise performance reports to management.

5. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
  • Act as the key liaison between franchisees and internal departments (marketing, operations, supply chain, HR, etc.).
  • Handle franchisee concerns and resolve disputes effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–8 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or retail operations
  • Experience in home décor, interior design, furniture, or lifestyle retail (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
