Job Title: Field Manager

Location: Nursery Circle, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Must be flexible during high workload)

Offs: 4 days off per month (No fixed weekly off)

Job Summary:

Sony Fashion Photography is looking for a well-experienced and highly connected Field Manager to build strong B2B relationships across the wedding and event planning industry. If you come with a solid 3+ years of experience in a wedding event planning company, and have established connections with top vendors, event planners, GMs, and hotel chains, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and build detailed lists of wedding/event planners across cities.

Call and connect with planners to introduce our premium photography services.

Fix appointments and set up meetings (virtual/in-person) with potential partners.

Use your existing network to generate quality business leads.

Build strong, long-term relationships with planners, vendors, and hotels.

Maintain daily logs of outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.

Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Stay updated with the latest trends in weddings, events, and hotel collaborations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a wedding event planning company.

Excellent network of vendors, event planners, hotel GMs, and venue partners.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Confident in phone calls, field visits, and professional networking.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Comfortable with flexible timings based on workload and targets.

Basic knowledge of wedding photography services is a plus.
