Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven, fearless, and passionate Sales Executive who can turn even the most difficult leads into confirmed bookings. If you believe "impossible" is just a word, and you're ready to meet clients anytime, anywhere — this is your perfect role.
You will be responsible for converting wedding leads into paying clients, conducting in-person meetings, and representing the brand with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert challenging or cold wedding photography leads into successful bookings.
Meet clients in person — at weddings, homes, cafés, venues — anytime, anywhere as required.
Understand client needs and offer tailored wedding photography packages.
Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective clients.
Maintain follow-ups and timely communication until deal closure.
Collaborate with the creative and photography teams to ensure smooth delivery post-sales.
Maintain CRM and daily reporting of sales activity.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in wedding photography sales.
Proven ability to close tough deals and handle skeptical or high-demand clients.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel within city or to other locations as required.
Flexible with working hours – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Confident personality, persuasive communication, and a "never give up" attitude.
Preferred:
Own vehicle for travel (preferred but not mandatory).
Fluent in local language(s) and English.
Background in photography or understanding of wedding photography trends is a plus.
