With a strong focus on innovation and measurable impact, the company is transforming how businesses approach employee well-being, engagement, and healthcare efficiency. Job Description - Own the organic demand generation strategy across channels including SEO, content, email, and social. - Design and execute ABM campaigns that target and engage high-value enterprise accounts. - Build and manage a lead nurture framework to move prospects through the funnel efficiently. - Partner with content and creative teams to develop compelling thought leadership and industry-focused assets. - Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance. - Develop insights and reports on pipeline contribution, lead quality, and campaign ROI. - Work closely with sales to align messaging, targeting, and account engagement strategies. - Stay ahead of trends in organic marketing, SEO, and B2B demand generation. The Successful Applicant - 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM. - Proven success in driving pipeline through organic channels (SEO, email, content, and community). - Experience building and executing account-based marketing programs. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM platforms. - Strong understanding of buyer journey mapping and funnel optimization. - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent storytelling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
