Qualification MSW - HR MBA PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent Experience 4 - 7 Years for Manufacturing Engineering Industries Key Responsibilities 1 HR Operations Administration Manage end-to-end HR functions at the plant including attendance payroll inputs leave management and personnel records Implement HR policies systems and procedures in line with corporate HR Handle manpower planning recruitment on boarding and exit formalities for plant employees 2 Employee Relations Engagement Maintain a healthy work environment and promote employee engagement activities Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances and resolve conflicts Conduct employee welfare programs and communication meetings 3 Statutory Compliance Labour Relations Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws Factories Act PF ESIC Gratuity etc Liaise with government authorities and handle inspections audits Maintain harmonious industrial relations and manage contract labour effectively 4 Training Development Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical and soft skill training programs Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness 5 Performance Appraisal Support plant management in implementing performance management systems Monitor employee performance and support annual appraisal processes 6 Safety Health Environment SHE Coordinate with the safety team to ensure compliance with safety norms Promote safety awareness and participate in safety audits and committee meetings Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with HRIS payroll systems Proactive approach and ability to work independently Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills requirements Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Diploma Required Experience total work 2 years Required Work Location In person
