Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant HR professional to manage and oversee all aspects of HR operations at our manufacturing facility The ideal candidate will be well-versed in statutory compliance contract labour management and industrial relations in line with the Himachal Pradesh Factory Act and relevant labour laws Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire spectrum of Plant HR operations including Contract Labour Management Industrial Relations IR Statutory Compliance Audits Time Office Attendance Systems Payroll Coordination Employee Welfare Engagement Initiatives Talent Acquisition Onboarding at the Plant Level Ensure full compliance with factory and labour laws as applicable in Himachal Pradesh Manage disciplinary processes and employee grievance redressal effectively Build and maintain strong liaisons with external stakeholders such as government authorities labour contractors and legal consultants Drive employee engagement programs welfare activities and retention strategies Act as a key HR partner to the Plant Head and collaborate with functional leaders for effective manpower planning Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and support any labour-related negotiations disputes Prepare and present periodic HR reports and dashboards to management Candidate Requirements Gender Preference Male Note this may be seen as discriminatory and should ideally be made gender-neutral Age 32 - 45 years Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 500 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Application Question s Your Current location Are you ok to relocate to Solan in Himachal Pradesh Your Notice Period Have you worked as IR-HR Experience HR 9 years Required Work Location In person
