Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll & Billing Support
- Review payroll previews and payroll documentation
- Monitor hours and separation deductions to prevent double deductions
- Handle last-minute payroll adjustments and notes
- Process miscellaneous payroll documents and expense reports
- Coordinate with billing team to prevent and resolve discrepancies
- Review and class vendor invoices for AP accuracy

Employee Data Management:

- Manage internal and contractor employee data updates in HRIS systems
- Internal employee onboarding and setup
- Process employment verification requests

Administrative Support:

- Process and manage AP items including classification and filing
- Handle HRIS assignment reports and documentation

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate weekly ROI Techstack files
- Build and maintain Excel commission reports across multiple departments
- Create CSV import files and commission spreadsheets
- Produce monthly specialized client reports

Required Skills:

- Experience with HRIS systems (Bullhorn, iSolved, Employee Navigator, Bamboo preferred)
- Strong Excel skills for report building and data analysis
- Attention to detail for payroll and benefits processing
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional communication skills for employee and vendor interactions
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Working Conditions:

- Coordination across multiple departments and external vendors

Reporting Structure:

- This position will coordinate closely with payroll and billing team members, C-Level management, and various department leads while maintaining regular communication with external vendors and benefit providers.
