",">We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to oversee the smooth operation of our office. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors, supporting the leadership team, and ensuring an efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office/G Suite tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office administration, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain company records, contracts, and documentation; assist with HR paperwork, expense tracking, and invoice coordination.
- Financial Administration: Support the finance team in petty cash handling, expense tracking, and invoice coordination.
- Travel & Logistics Coordination: Handle employee travel bookings, guest accommodations, and courier services; manage logistics for meetings, events, and offsites.
- Team & Leadership Support: Provide administrative support for leadership scheduling, meeting coordination, and procurement of office equipment.
- Office Culture & Events: Plan team activities, celebrations, and employee engagement events; maintain a welcoming and productive office environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in startups or SMEs.
- Familiarity with office management software is an advantage.
