Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Associate, based on-site in Kolkata. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, pitching insurance products, providing detailed product information, and guiding customers through the purchase process. The role also involves maintaining and building customer relationships, meeting sales targets, handling customer queries and complaints, and preparing sales reports. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, particularly in the insurance industry - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products - Customer service skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
