Company Description Launched in 2007 by Aloke Bajpai Rajnish Kumar ixigo is a technology company focused on empowering Indian travelers to plan book and manage their trips across rail air buses and hotels ixigo assists travelers in making smarter travel decisions by leveraging artificial intelligence machine learning and data science-led innovations on ixigo s OTA platforms including websites and mobile applications Are you passionate about people and technology We re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our dynamic team In this dual-focused role you ll be instrumental in supporting end-to-end tech recruitment while also ensuring our core HR operations run smoothly If you re a proactive problem-solver with a knack for communication we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Tech Hiring Recruitment Talent Sourcing Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and create job descriptions Candidate Management Source screen and schedule interviews for tech roles including software engineers data scientists and product managers Recruitment Strategy Utilize various channels including job boards social media and professional networks to attract top tech talent Candidate Experience Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process HR Operations Onboarding Induction Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires including pre-joining formalities documentation background checks and the induction program Leave Attendance Management Manage the leave and attendance system process leave requests and maintain accurate employee records Employee Relations Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation leaves salary deductions and other HR-related matters Data Management Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS Human Resources Information System with a high degree of accuracy Compliance Assist in ensuring all HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements Qualifications Proven experience of 1-2 years in a similar HR role preferably with exposure to tech recruitment A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software A proactive and adaptable mindset ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment The position will be on third-party payroll with one of our trusted partners Remuneration - 4 lacs annually Work Model - 5 days a week 4 days from office and 1 day from home Location - Gurgaon Additional Information Responsible for safeguarding sensitive company data against unauthorized access use or disclosure and for reporting any suspected security incidents in line with the organization s ISMS Information Security Management System policies and procedures
