Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions. - Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
