The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to management, overseeing end-to-end HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance management. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and HRIS systems to ensure operational excellence and regulatory adherence. You will play a pivotal role in driving a positive workplace culture, supporting employee engagement, and optimizing people strategies that contribute to business growth. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic HR solutions aligned with organizational goals. - Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes. - Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, compliance, and operational efficiency. - Utilize HRIS platforms for accurate employee data management, analytics, and reporting. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies, maintaining a legally sound HR environment. - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage statutory filings, audits, and risk mitigation. - Drive performance management, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives across departments. - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies. - Support talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts to meet business demands effectively. - Oversee compliance audits, policy updates, and training to maintain organizational readiness and governance. - Facilitate employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and retention initiatives. - Partner with leadership to build a strong organizational culture that emphasizes accountability, inclusivity, and performance. What Makes You a Great Fit - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, managing HR operations, policy frameworks, and compliance. - Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements. - Proficiency in using HRIS tools for data-driven decision-making and reporting. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence business outcomes. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling employee matters. - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a solution-oriented approach. - Ability to build strong relationships across levels, fostering trust and collaboration. - Passionate about creating a positive employee experience and supporting business growth through people-centric strategies.
