Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer queries and concerns for international clients.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently via voice or chat support.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education:Graduation (Any stream)
- Experience:
- Fresher:Welcome to apply
- Experienced:Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process (Customer Support)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first attitude with a focus on quality support.:

Shift & Work Schedule:

- Shifts:Rotational (including night shifts)
- Work Days:5 days a week
- Weekly Offs:2 rotational offs
