The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with Builders business partners for getting New Mandate Acquisition and Projects for Sole-Selling and to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities Identify partnership opportunities with Punes Builders and for there projects Mandate acquisition strategies sole-selling mandates from reputed builders Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand Maintain existing business Think critically when planning to assure project success Builders Relations Mandate and Strategic Partnership Management Sole-Selling opportunities to get more Projects. Qualifications Builder tie-ups and sole-selling acquisitions. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience Stro ng communication and interpersonal skills Prov en knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focu sed and goal-oriented New M andate Deals with Builders
