Job Description Description The Branch Relationship Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and tailored banking solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships and have a keen interest in the financial services industry. Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their banking needs. - Assist clients in selecting the right banking products and services. - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth account opening and transaction processes. - Promote bank products and services to enhance client engagement and retention. - Prepare and present reports on client feedback and market trends to management. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in banking or financial services is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients. - Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence. - Ability to analyze client needs and provide suitable banking solutions. - Familiarity with banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment options. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
