We're seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) with hands-on experience in executing outbound campaigns, running ABM programs, and creating opportunities for the sales team in the APAC enterprise market.
This role is ideal for a driven professional who can leverage tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to build and maintain a strong pipeline. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales to run high-impact campaigns targeting CISOs, AppSec leaders, and security teams across Fortune 1000 companies.
The primary responsibility of this role is to turn strategic outbound efforts into booked meetings and qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & ABM
● Plan, execute, and optimize targeted outbound campaigns for high-value APAC accounts.
● Personalize messaging and content for account clusters as part of ABM strategies.
● Collaborate with Product Marketing to align campaigns with Strobes' offerings, including PTaaS, RBVM, and CTEM.
Outbound Prospecting
● Identify and build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
● Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, phone) to engage prospects and drive conversations.
● Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong pipeline creation for Account Executives.
Opportunity Creation & Handoff
● Drive top-of-funnel activity with a focus on meetings booked and opportunities created.
● Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team for further engagement.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
● Monitor and report campaign and outreach metrics, including open rates, response rates, meetings booked, and conversion rates using HubSpot CRM.
● Analyze results and provide insights to improve messaging, targeting, and overall campaign performance.
Requirements
● 4-5 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity targeting APAC enterprise accounts.
● Proven track record of executing outbound and ABM campaigns resulting in booked meetings and pipeline generation.
● Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with C-level security executives.
● Ability to work independently and achieve KPIs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
