The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sales and client engagement. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking). - Assist in generating new leads and converting them into opportunities. - Support the sales team in creating proposals, presentations, and quotations. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM tools. - Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups. - Participate in meetings, demos, and sales discussions with prospects. - Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. - Skills & Qualifications: - Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech, etc.). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development (preferred but not mandatory). - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Quick learner with a positive attitude. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
