About McDonalds in India One of the world s largest employers with locations in more than 100 countries McDonald s Corporation has corporate opportunities in Hyderabad Our global offices serve as dynamic innovation and operations hubs designed to expand McDonald s global talent base and in-house expertise Our new office in Hyderabad will bring together knowledge across business technology analytics and AI accelerating our ability to deliver impactful solutions for the business and our customers across the globe About McDonalds One of the worlds largest employers with locations in more than 100 countries McDonalds Corporation has corporate opportunities in Hyderabad Our global offices serve as dynamic innovation and operations hubs designed to expand McDonald s global talent base and in-house expertise Our new office in Hyderabad will bring together knowledge across business technology analytics and AI accelerating our ability to deliver impactful solutions for the business and our customers across the globe McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator People Experience GMAL Support and Service role based in our India Global Business Services Office You will be responsible for supporting the deployment and execution of change management strategies and facilitating the successful adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms across global restaurant staff The candidate is expected to reside within India Responsibilities In addition to following McDonalds policies and procedures principal accountabilities include but are not limited to Cross-functional Collaboration Stakeholder Management Support the Supervisor Restaurant Digital Engagement in assessing the effectiveness and suitability of existing Employee Experience tools and recommend enhancements or replacements as needed Employee Experience Management Coordination Support the ongoing management of collaboration and engagement tools ensuring Restaurant Employees are actively engaged and informed of new GP program initiatives Support in the management of collaboration and engagement tools ensuring Restaurant Employees are actively engaged and informed of new GP program initiatives Support in the coordination of the employment and execution of change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms planning key stakeholder meetings and creating project timelines Documentation Compliance Help manage comprehensive documentation including business requirements functional specifications data models and process maps for Restaurant Employee engagement tools Support in the creation of comprehensive documentation including business requirements functional specifications data models and process maps for Restaurant Employee engagement tools Serve as a subject matter expert for employee engagement tools helping to ensure Restaurant Employee Engagement tools comply with regulatory requirements and maintain data security and privacy standards Qualifications Basic Qualifications Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Development or related field advanced degree preferred Experience working in Human Resources or Employee Experience Experience operating in large multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed complex structure Experience working across many countries and cultures Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Knowledge of learning development trends regulations and best practices English Proficiency written and verbal IRL Level 4 Preferred Qualifications Employee Experience Expertise Skills Technical knowledge Excellent analytical problem-solving and data-analysis skills Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations Strong business acumen Open to learning new systems and processes Exceptional communication verbal and written and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and a willingness to learn self-starter Strong ability to influence others able to build and drive a strong business case for people as a growth driver Continuous improvement and growth mindset
