As a Customer Service Intern at Olfant Corporation, you will gain hands-on experience in handling customer queries, communicating with clients, and understanding real-time customer support operations. Key Responsibilities - Assist in handling customer queries through calls, messages, email, or chat. - Provide accurate information to customers and ensure a positive service experience. - Maintain customer records and update CRM or internal tracking sheets. - Support the team in resolving simple customer issues and escalating complex cases. - Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is met.
