As a Customer Service Intern at Olfant Corporation, you will gain hands-on experience in handling customer queries, communicating with clients, and understanding real-time customer support operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in handling customer queries through calls, messages, email, or chat.Provide accurate information to customers and ensure a positive service experience.Maintain customer records and update CRM or internal tracking sheets.Support the team in resolving simple customer issues and escalating complex cases.Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is met.What We’re Looking For:Basic computer knowledge.
