Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive individual to join our team as a Business Development & Negotiation Executive. This role involves initiating, building, and maintaining relationships with companies and stakeholders in the renewable energy sector to secure work orders and service agreements, especially for land acquisition and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach companies, developers, and EPC firms involved in renewable energy (solar, wind, hybrid) projects.
- Conduct negotiations to secure work orders and contracts related to:
- Land acquisition (private, government, and revenue land)
- Liaisoning, approvals, and documentation
- Infrastructure development and related services for renewable projects
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government departments.
- Coordinate internally with the legal, technical, and project execution teams to support negotiations.
- Track and report on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Ensure all agreements and MoUs are properly drafted, documented, and executed.

Required skills & Competencies:

- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Understanding of land-related processes (acquisition, lease, revenue records, government approvals, etc.).
- Knowledge of renewable energy project development (preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in land acquisition, infrastructure development, or renewable energy projects.
- Existing network/contacts within the renewable energy industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently as per project or negotiation needs.

Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
