Next Step is Pune's most reliable device as a service solution that provides laptops, PCs, and gaming consoles on flexible rental plans. We help individuals and businesses get the right systems without upfront costs, backed by dependable support.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Executive to manage incoming leads, guide customers to the right rental solution, ensure smooth onboarding (KYC & payments), and support them during their rental journey.

Responsibilities

- Handle leads from Instagram & Facebook ads through WhatsApp and calls.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable rental systems.
- Complete KYC formalities and close deals.
- Follow up with customers for renewals and payments.
- Coordinate with the technical support team for customer issue resolution.
- Maintain lead and payment records.

Requirements

- Graduate (any stream); 02 years of experience in sales or customer support preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Preferred: Someone who is genuinely interested in tech hardware (laptops, PCs, consoles, and more) and enjoys discussing them with others.
- Customer-first mindset and ability to build trust quickly.
- Based in Pune (preferred Pimpri-Chinchwad area).

Compensation

15,000 20,000 fixed (depending on experience)

Performance-based incentives on deal closures (upto 3,000)
