Job Description Company Description iDesign.Market is based out of New Delhi, India, and is a leading B2B SaaS for Interior Designers and Architects. The product is currently being used by some of the leading design companies in India and the Middle East. The company is backed by investors such as Brigade Reap of Brigade Enterprises, Jaipur Rugs, and many leading tech entrepreneurs who are also a part of our advisory board. The company is growing at a rapid pace and is looking to establish a strong presence in the Interior and Construction Tech segment. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at iDesign.Market. You will be responsible for client onboarding, managing relationships, and ensuring successful software implementation. As the single point of contact, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues quickly, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure long-term retention. Qualifications - Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Relationship Building Skills - Analytical skills - Excellent customer service skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in customer success or account management - Knowledge of CRM systems - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Comfortable presenting to a room, aided by strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions - Must possess a proven understanding of the corporate business world, with prior experience in SaaS preferred About Founders The current founding team has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has left well-established careers to address industry problems in proptech.
