The OnGrid platform, accessible via web or APIs, is used for verifying employees and contractors to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. It is also applicable for other scenarios requiring trust establishment such as user, merchant, or customer verification in loan disbursal, insurance product offerings, and rental agreements. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, developing strategies to increase company revenue, and conducting market research. Additional tasks include negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, and maintaining detailed records of all sales activities. Qualifications - Experience in identifying new business opportunities and market research - Strong relationship-building and client management skills - Proficiency in developing business strategies and negotiating contracts - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Previous experience in the technology or verification industry is a plus
