Job Description Company Description YES MADAM is India's most trusted and transparent home salon and a tech-enabled platform for beauty and wellness services delivered at customers homes. Since 2017, we have served over 12 million customers with the help of 10,000 beauty professionals across 55+ cities in India. Our unique pricing model, which starts at Rs. 6 per minute, and our mission to combat overpricing and duplicate products have significantly impacted the beauty and salon industry. We are expanding with a tech-driven, asset-light franchise model and aim to serve 100 million customers daily across 300 cities. Soon, we will introduce Yes Madam 2.0, an AI-driven personalized Beauty+ Wellness experience for our customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Handling Specialist located in Noida. The Customer Handling Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer communications via phone, email, and chat, recording customer interactions, processing customer requests, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams - Previous experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
