FACILITIES - Soft Services Integrated Facilities Management - Work Dynamics region country What this job involves As a Facility Manager Soft Services at JLL you ll play a crucial role in shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees You ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating soft services within our managed facilities ensuring a seamless and comfortable environment for occupants This position requires a keen eye for detail excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders At JLL we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive and in this role you ll have the opportunity to innovate and optimize soft services delivery while collaborating with diverse teams across the globe Building Maintenance Contract Management o Supervise and coordinate regular maintenance activities for the facility o Oversee repairs and renovations to ensure the facility is in optimal condition o Developing and implementing building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems o Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance o Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements o Develop and implement service level agreements SLAs with vendors and internal stakeholders o Monitor and evaluate service quality identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions o Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety o Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service delivery o Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in soft services management Staff Management o Manage and assist with the personal development of all direct reports o Develop and manage succession plans and appraisals for all direct reports o Actively seek to train subordinates in all aspects of the non- technical services o Actively multi skill all Jones Lang LaSalle staff to increase flexibility and job satisfaction Reporting and Performance Metrics o Daily Weekly reports like Snags TPV manpower count attrition data o Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to client and other reports as required o Conducting MMR on regular basis with respective clients o Presenting analysis on the record maintenance for further scope betterment o Establish key performance indicators KPIs for facility operations o Provide regular reports on facility performance and improvements Vendor Management o Manage service contracts including inspections and quality management of service delivery o Prepare tender documentation evaluation of tenders prepare contracts o Management of contract resource to achieve Service Level Agreements to Key Performance Indicators at optimum cost for Client o Coordination with JLL SCM team to develop on vendor base streamlining on procurement process o Responsible for quick closure on any break down or any R M activity related to site o Evaluation of performance of all manpower AMC vendor as per the agreed SLA Others Key Pointers Sustainability Technology Initiatives o Implement eco-friendly practices and initiatives for energy efficiency o Integrate sustainable solutions for waste management and resource conservation o Utilize technology for facility management such as computerized maintenance management systems CMMS and security systems o Evaluate and implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency Regulatory Compliance o Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant local state and federal regulations o Implement changes to maintain compliance as regulations evolve Communication and Stakeholder Management o Communicate effectively with occupants management and relevant stakeholders o Address concerns and ensure a positive working environment for all Risk Management o Identify potential risks to the facility and implement strategies to mitigate them o Develop contingency plans for unforeseen events o Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity o Manage all Health and Safety issues and actively participate in Health and Safety reviews Required Qualifications o Bachelor s degree in Facility Management Business Administration or related field o Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or soft services coordination o Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and service contracts o Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facility management software o Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Sound like you To apply you need to have Mastery in the field You should have earned an experience of more than 8 years in Facility Management -
