Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Manager at RARE Hospitality & Services Pvt Ltd, specifically for a prestigious client based in Mumbai. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations including housekeping services ,patient care ,training ,team handling , quality audits and various other services at the client's site. This includes coordinating with various service providers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets, and reporting to higher management. The role also involves managing a team, ensuring efficient facility operations, and addressing any facility-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • 7+ Years of experience in Houselkeeping , team hanling ,team, management ,etc at multiple units .
  • Leadership and management skills to oversee teams and ensure efficient facility operations
  • Knowledge of maintenance, engineering, and environmental cleaning practices
  • Experience with budget management and compliance with safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate with various service providers and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills for addressing facility-related issues promptly
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality , Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the Facility Management sector is mandate
  • Proficiency in using facility management .
