Location Remote Office Based Hours 5 00 PM - 3 00 AM Night Shift U S Market Coverage About the Role We re expanding our freight brokerage team and looking for a driven Freight Broker Sales Agent This is a frontline role handling customer sales cold calling shippers booking loads with carriers and full track trace support You ll be the direct point of contact keeping freight moving solving problems in real time and building lasting shipper relationships Key Responsibilities Customer Sales Outreach Cold call and prospect shippers daily to secure new freight opportunities Load Booking Match freight with the right carriers negotiate rates and confirm load coverage Track Trace Monitor shipments from pickup to delivery proactively communicating with customers and carriers Relationship Building Develop strong customer and carrier partnerships to ensure repeat business Problem Solving Resolve issues quickly whether it s detention breakdowns or capacity crunches Tech Use Work across multiple TMS platforms and load boards DAT Truckstop etc for freight posting tracking and carrier compliance Requirements Proven experience in freight brokerage dispatching or transportation sales Strong knowledge of U S logistics FTL LTL reefer dry van and flatbed markets Comfortable working night shift 5 PM - 3 AM to align with U S freight schedules Excellent communication and negotiation skills Must be organized detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple loads and accounts at once What We Offer Competitive base commission structure earnings tied directly to performance Access to top-tier load boards and transportation management systems Growth opportunities within a global logistics network Dynamic team culture built around hustle accountability and results Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question s Has access to computer and hi speed internet Education Diploma Required Experience SALES 2 years Required Language FLUENT ENGLISH Required Location Phagwara Punjab Required Shift availability Overnight Shift Required Night Shift Required Application Deadline 27 08 2025
