
B2B Lead Generation Specialist

We're hiring a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to drive wholesale growth for our cosmetics and FMCG exports. We're looking for experienced professionals who can identify, contact, and convert high-value B2B buyers across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage listings on B2B platforms (Alibaba, TradeKey, eBay Wholesale, etc.)
- Prospect retailers, distributors, and resellers via cold email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls
- Use tools like Apollo, Lusha, Snov.io, ZoomInfo, etc. to build accurate lead lists
- Write compelling email and WhatsApp sales sequences
- Track outreach activity and conversions in CRM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified leads
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or exports
- Proven lead generation skills using digital tools
- Strong understanding of export sales (MOQ, shipping, Incoterms)
- Proficient in English – written and spoken
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and outcome-oriented
- Able to work independently and remotely
Compensation
- 10% profit share on all closed B2B deals
- Performance-based bonuses for meeting key milestones
