
Lead Generation Specialist

Are you a lead generation expert who knows how to actively bring in qualified leads from both domestic and international markets? We're looking for someone who takes initiative, thrives on results, and is ready to help us grow fast.
What You'll Do:
- Research and identify potential leads from domestic and international markets
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, online research, networking, industry events, online tools, and your own database or network
- Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline
- Nurture leads and convert them into qualified appointments
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly outreach and lead conversion targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and prospect needs
- Use a variety of lead generation tools, platforms, and techniques to consistently deliver high-quality leads
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has at least 3 years proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development
- Is confident in international and domestic market outreach
- Has strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills
- Is familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach tools, email platforms, and more
- Is self-driven, highly organised, and target-focused
